The Shed is a community space off Wood Street in Warsop that is available for hire. Formally known as the Adam Eastwood Building, The Shed has been converted using funding from Big Warsop into a venue for the whole community. It can be used for all kinds of activities, including events, markets, parties, classes and workshops.


Facilities on offer

You can hire The Shed for a one-off occasion or use it for regular events on an ongoing block-booking basis. We offer:
  • a spacious function area, and
  • a huge indoor activity area.
The Shed is ideal for a wide range of events, including:
  • workshops
  • parties (including children’s parties)
  • community groups
  • meetings
  • training sessions and conferences.

Getting here

The Shed is easily accessible:

By car: If using SatNav use postcode NG20 0AX.

From the south, take the A60 from Mansfield. On entering Market Warsop take a left turn into Carr Lane then first right into York Terrace. Turn left at the end onto Wood Street. The car park entrance is opposite Ocean Drive.

From the north, take the A60 from Worksop. On entering Market Warsop go straight through the traffic light junction with Church Street/Wood Street. In approximately 200 yards turn right into Carr Lane, then follow directions as above.

By public transport: The nearest railway stations are Mansfield Woodhouse and Shirebrook. However the easiest route is via Mansfield Station where you can easily walk to Mansfield bus station to take one of the many buses (11, 12, 12b) which pass through Warsop.
