Operational Support

Our Operational Support theme aims to focus on these activities:

  • Improving communications with local residents and organisations
  • Sharing stories of the success of the Big Warsop plan
  • Building community interest in Big Warsop and the work of the partnership
  • Better resourcing plan coordination for the development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the Big Warsop plan
  • Community engagement, networking and agency liaison
  • Overheads including room hire, website and publicity

Agreed investment in the current plan is:

Communications and Marketing Resource – £12,000 over two years

Plan Coordination, Community Engagement, Networking & Agency Liaison – £24,000 over two years

Overheads: Room hire and misc costs; printing, publicity, equipment, stationery, website etc – £8,000 over two years
